Key Responsibilities

- Design landing pages for our D2C website and campaign-specific launches.

- Create Meta/Instagram ads, Google Display banners, and digital advertising creatives.

- Design Amazon A+ Content, Flipkart Brand Store banners, PDP graphics, comparison charts, and infographics.

- Create email banners, newsletter graphics, and promotional campaign creatives.

- Design static social media creatives in collaboration with the Social Media Executive.

- Develop multiple creative variants for A/B testing and performance optimization.

- Follow and maintain our black, white, and terracotta brand visual system.

- Ensure creatives meet platform-specific specifications and formats.

- Apply conversion-focused design principles including visual hierarchy, CTA placement, and attention-grabbing layouts.

Requirements

- 2–4 years of experience in digital/performance design.

- D2C, e-commerce,



or performance marketing agency experience strongly preferred.

- Strong portfolio showcasing landing pages and ad creatives.

- Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

- Understanding of Meta/Instagram, Google Display, Amazon A+ Content, and Flipkart creative specifications.

- Good understanding of conversion-focused design and performance marketing principles.

- Ability to work independently and deliver creatives with fast turnaround.

- Robust attention to detail and visual consistency.

- Basic HTML/CSS or motion/animation skills will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
