Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and skilled Graphic Designer to join our marketing and creative team. The candidate will be responsible for designing engaging social media creatives, promotional materials, digital advertisements, educational content, and branding materials for our EdTech products and services.

Key Responsibilities

- Design creative and engaging social media posts, banners, posters, and advertisements.
- Create visual content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Design promotional creatives for courses, workshops, seminars, events, and campaigns.
- Develop graphics for digital marketing and lead-generation campaigns.
- Create visually appealing educational and technology-related content.
- Design brochures, flyers, certificates, presentations, standees, and other marketing materials.
- Maintain consistency in brand guidelines, fonts, layouts, and visual identity.
- Work closely with the Marketing, Content, HR, and Academic teams to understand creative requirements.
- Convert concepts and ideas into high-quality visual designs within deadlines.
- Edit and enhance images, illustrations, and other visual assets.
- Stay updated with current design trends, social media formats, and creative styles.
- Handle multiple design projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery.




- Support the video/content team with basic motion graphics and visual assets when required.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Good knowledge of Canva and other graphic design tools.
- Knowledge of Adobe InDesign / After Effects / Premiere Pro is an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, colour, composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Valuable creativity and attention to detail.
- Ability to create designs suitable for different social media platforms and digital campaigns.
- Good understanding of branding and marketing communication.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
- Good time-management and deadline-management skills.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Candidates with a strong design portfolio will be preferred.
- Experience in EdTech, Digital Marketing, Education, or Media will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile A creative professional who can understand marketing objectives and transform them into visually attractive, engaging, and conversion-focused designs for an EdTech audience. Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
