About the Role

We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our team and handle artwork, pre-press and design requirements for flexible packaging products such as pouches, laminated films, rolls and bags.The ideal candidate should have valuable working knowledge of CorelDRAW, basic knowledge of Excel, and an understanding of adaptable packaging, including pouch sizes, film sizes, Pantone ink shades, printing requirements and artwork preparation.

Key Responsibilities

- Create, modify and prepare packaging artwork using CorelDRAW/ illustrator
- Understand and work according to pouch dimensions, film width, repeat size and printing requirements.
- Understand Pantone shades and ink colour specifications.
- Prepare print-ready artwork using cdr files according to production and printing specifications.
- Check artwork for dimensions, text, colours, alignment, spelling, repeat size and other production requirements before final approval.
- Make necessary artwork corrections based on customer requirements and production/printing feedback.
- Coordinate with plate-making vendors/plate makers for preparation of printing plates, ensuring that the correct artwork,



repeat size, colours and other technical specifications are provided.
- Follow up with plate makers regarding plate preparation, corrections, revisions and timely delivery.
- Maintain proper records of artwork versions, revisions, pouch sizes, film sizes, printing specifications and customer requirements.
- Use Microsoft Excel for basic data entry, maintaining artwork details, job specifications and records.

Candidate Profile We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, responsible and willing to learn. The candidate should be comfortable working with technical packaging specifications rather than only creative design work.

The candidate will be required to coordinate closely with printing department personnel and external plate-making vendors to ensure that artwork is accurately prepared and production-ready.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
