Location

We are seeking a sharp, high-potential Graphic Designer with strong visual design skills, creative thinking, attention to detail, and a genuine curiosity to learn and grow. The ideal candidate should be able to understand design briefs, explore creative ideas, ask the right questions, and translate concepts into thoughtful and compelling visual solutions.

Key Responsibilities





- Create high-quality visual assets across digital, social media, presentations, marketing, events, conferences, branding, and other communication channels.
- Translate briefs, ideas, and rough concepts into clear and compelling visual designs.
- Explore multiple creative directions and concepts instead of settling for the first obvious solution.
- Maintain consistency across brand guidelines, typography, layouts, and visual systems.
- Take ownership of design projects from initial concept to final delivery.
- Collaborate closely with designers, content writers, marketers, and other cross-functional teams.
- Incorporate feedback effectively, iterate quickly, and continuously improve design quality.
- Identify gaps and opportunities to improve designs rather than simply executing assigned requirements.
- Stay updated with design trends, technology, visual culture, and emerging creative tools.

Required Skills

- Strong portfolio demonstrating visual design skills and creative thinking.
- Good understanding of typography, layout, composition, color, and visual hierarchy.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
