Key Responsibilities

Developing design briefs that suit the latest market trends, client's special purpose and general requirements

Thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts and developing New Innovative design

Work collaboratively with other designers to ensure a consistent, integrated brand perception

Prepare rough drafts and presenting designs to client/manager till final approval

Work on product design, colour composition, layout and Aesthetic for being competitive in markets and customer demand

Approval of designs from the directors

Design visual concepts using appropriate tools, media, and/or technologies

Design and develop corrugated box artwork as per customer requirements.

Prepare printing layouts, box designs, die-lines, and mockups for production.

Create designs for mono cartons, corrugated boxes, labels, and packaging materials.

Make necessary changes in artwork based on customer feedback and approvals.

Ensure all designs are according to size, dimensions, color standards, and printing feasibility.

Coordinate with the production team to ensure artwork is suitable for printing and pasting.





Maintain records of approved artworks, design files, and customer samples.

Check spelling, brand guidelines, logo placement, and design accuracy before final release.

Support new product development and sample preparation.

Work closely with sales and marketing teams for current packaging concepts.

Ensure designs comply with customer specifications and factory standards.

Required Skills

Good knowledge of CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and packaging design software.

Understanding of corrugated box structure, die-cut design, and printing process.

Knowledge of offset printing, flexo printing, and color separation.

Strong creativity with practical understanding of factory production limitations.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Attention to detail and accuracy in artwork preparation.

Ability to handle multiple design jobs within deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹38,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
