About The Role The Graphic Specialist role is a vital part of the Artwork Production team within the AW DTP Platform at P&G.; This position involves partnering closely with Design Leaders and Brand teams to execute design development in alignment with brand vision. The primary responsibility is to produce digital templates and graphic adaptations that meet design intent expectations, ensuring visual consistency across all product forms and variants on shelves.
The role requires a strong understanding of graphic file construction, design standards, brand identity, and regulatory guidelines.

Specialist plays a key role in maintaining the integrity of design across various product packaging and digital assets, contributing to the overall success of brand presentation and market impact. Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a degree in graphic design or a related field, complemented by 2-3 years of experience in graphic or print production. Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Adobe InDesign is essential. A strong understanding of brand architecture, design language,
and application of design principles is required to ensure visual consistency and brand integrity.
Candidates should demonstrate the ability to quickly assess design concepts and adapt them across various product variants and substrates, ensuring adherence to regulatory and style guidelines. Additional qualifications include a minimum Munsell Test score of ‘Average Discrimination,’ with ‘Superior Discrimination’ preferred, indicating a keen eye for color accuracy and detail. Soft skills such as excellent communication, collaboration, leadership, and a proactive approach to process improvement are highly valued.
Responsibilities
- Plan and manage design execution workflows, including critical path scheduling, to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of artwork files. Elevate issues to key stakeholders proactively for effective resolution.
- Execute design adaptations and digital templates with precision, maintaining strict adherence to design intent and quality standards.
- Manage projects within WebCenter, a graphics lifecycle management tool, providing technical support to cross-functional teams.
- Achieve and maintain production KPIs such as on-design artwork, on-time delivery, and low incidence of market complaints or quality incidents.
- Govern and maintain the asset library, ensuring all assets are organized, up to date, and compliant with brand standards.
- Lead the multi-functional approval process for graphic adaptations and digital templates, ensuring all stakeholders’ inputs are incorporated.
- Perform quality control checks to verify accuracy, consistency, and compliance with regulatory guidelines.
- Collaborate with Brand and Design teams to adapt and produce minor graphic assets in-house.
- Implement and manage design change processes, resolving quality issues proactively and efficiently.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by exploring cost-saving opportunities, process efficiencies, and innovative solutions.
- Track and report on design delivery metrics regularly, supporting data-driven decision-making.
- Build personal mastery and contribute to organizational process transformation efforts.
- Apply field-specific knowledge and skills to support the overall quality and effectiveness of graphic production.
Role Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Strong interpersonal skills to lead, influence, and collaborate effectively across teams and functions.
- Technical proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and familiarity with graphics lifecycle management tools.
- Ability to work efficiently within a matrixed, team-oriented environment while demonstrating leadership qualities.
- Understanding of business needs, consumer sensitivity, and brand equity principles.
- Engagement with innovation and technology to enhance processes and outcomes. Effective presentation skills are also essential.
