About the Role
nWe are looking for a Graphic Designer – Studio with strong Print Design and Production knowledge.
nThis role is ideal for a designer who is detail-oriented, has a strong understanding of printing processes and pre-press requirements, understands brand guidelines, and has a strong eye for typography, composition, and visual consistency and strong focus on print-ready artwork and production accuracy.
nKey Responsibilities
nPrepare print-ready artwork as per printing and production specifications.
nHave a strong understanding of CMYK, RGB, bleed, crop marks, safe area, image resolution, colour profiles, and file formats required for printing.
nEnsure artwork is technically accurate before sending it for production.
nCoordinate with printers and production vendors when required to resolve artwork or printing-related issues.
nReview print proofs and ensure the final output matches the approved artwork.
nWork on various print formats including brochures, flyers, standees, banners, hoardings, posters, packaging, OOH, signage, and other marketing collaterals.
nCollaborate with Art Directors, Creative Directors, Copywriters, and Account
nAdapt master creatives into multiple sizes and formats while maintaining visual consistency and brand guidelines.
nHandle day-to-day design adaptations, resizing, versioning, and print production artwork for multiple clients.
nTranslate creative briefs into visually compelling and technically accurate designs.
nMaintain consistency in brand identity, typography, colour, imagery, spacing, and overall visual language.
nNeed Image touching & Colour correction knowledge .
nHandle multiple projects simultaneously and deliver work within tight deadlines.
nOrganise and maintain design files, assets, templates, and working files systematically.
nWhat We're Looking For
n2–4 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in an advertising agency, creative studio, or design setting.
nStrong hands-on knowledge of print design and printing processes is mandatory.
nGood understanding of pre-press and print production requirements.
nStrong understanding of layout, typography, colour theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
nProficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator.

nExperience designing for Print & Printing press.
nGood knowledge of CMYK, bleed, crop marks, resolution, colour separation, image quality, and print-ready file preparation.
nAbility to understand and execute briefs quickly and accurately.
nStrong attention to detail, especially when working on adaptations and multiple deliverables.
nGood communication and collaboration skills.
nPractical experience in dealing with printers/vendors and understanding print output will be highly preferred.
nGood to Have
nExperience working with FMCG, lifestyle, fashion, consumer, real estate, or corporate brands.
nFamiliarity with AI-powered creative and design tools.
nExperience working with large-volume creative adaptations and campaign rollouts.
nStrong understanding of print production, pre-press, colour management, paper/material specifications, finishing, and vendor coordination.
nExperience working on brochures, catalogues, standees, signage, hoardings, outdoor branding, and other large-format print materials.
