About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who has a strong interest in visual design and a basic understanding of book cover design. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with Adobe Photoshop and/or Adobe Illustrator and have a good sense of typography, colors, layouts, and visual composition.

Freshers with a good portfolio and relevant design knowledge are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Create creative and visually appealing designs for digital and print requirements.
- Design book covers according to the theme, genre, content, and design guidelines.
- Work on book cover layouts, typography, images, illustrations, and other visual elements.
- Create and edit graphics using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Make design changes based on feedback from the content, publishing, or management team.
- Ensure designs are properly aligned, formatted, and ready for publishing/printing.
- Maintain consistency in fonts, colors, images, and overall brand/design guidelines.
- Resize and modify designs according to different platforms and requirements.
- Organize and maintain design files and source files properly.
- Stay updated with current graphic design and book cover design trends.

Required Skills
- Mandatory knowledge of Book Cover Design.
- Good working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop OR Adobe Illustrator; knowledge of both is preferred.




- Basic understanding of typography, color combinations, layouts, and visual hierarchy.
- Good creative and visual-thinking skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to understand design briefs and convert ideas into visual designs.
- Good communication and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.

Educational Qualification
- Graduate/Diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field is preferred.
- Candidates from other educational backgrounds with relevant graphic design skills and a good portfolio may also apply.

Experience
- Fresher to 1 year of relevant experience.
- Freshers must have basic practical knowledge of graphic designing and book cover design.
- Internship/project experience in graphic design or publishing will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate The ideal candidate should:
- Have a portfolio of graphic design work, especially book covers.
- Have an eye for creative and attractive designs.
- Understand different book genres and how their visual style can be represented through cover design.
- Be comfortable taking feedback and making revisions.
- Have a proactive attitude and willingness to learn new design techniques.
