ABOUT THE COMPANY

Good Old Delight (GOD) is a Mumbai-based advertising agency specialising in the real estate sector.

We work with prominent brands across the MMR region and operate as an integrated marketing ecosystem, with expertise across social media, digital, creative and performance marketing.

Our network includes Social Tamasha, War Room, Flying Turtle, Pitara, Pain Killer, Outcast Republic, Spentastic, and House of Opulence.

THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Junior Graphic Designer who understands the fast-paced world of social media advertising and agency creative work.

You should be someone who can take a brief, think creatively and turn it into engaging social media creatives.

AI is becoming a major part of our creative workflow, so AI-ready designers are preferred.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Create creatives for social media, digital ads and campaigns
- Develop creative concepts based on client briefs
- Adapt designs for different social media formats
- Work on real estate and brand campaigns
- Collaborate with content, creative and account teams
- Maintain visual consistency across campaigns
- Deliver high-quality work within tight timelines
- Use AI tools to improve speed,



ideation and creative output

REQUIREMENTS

- 2–6 years of graphic design experience
- Prior experience in an advertising / creative agency is mandatory
- Strong social media advertising and creative background is mandatory
- Experience designing creatives for Instagram, Facebook and digital campaigns
- Portfolio showcasing social media and advertising work
- Robust knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator
- Good understanding of layouts, typography and visual communication
- Exposure to AI-powered creative tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment

AI TOOLS — EXPOSURE REQUIRED Experience with tools such as:

- Midjourney
- Adobe Firefly
- Freepik AI
- Canva AI
- ChatGPT for creative ideation and prompting
