Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Design Specialist role based in Ahmedabad.

The Graphic Design

Specialist will develop visual concepts and designs for brand identities, marketing materials, social media content, presentations, and digital assets.

Responsibilities include creating logos and brand visuals, designing graphics across print and digital channels, and ensuring all designs align with client brand guidelines. The role involves collaborating closely with account managers, copywriters, and other creatives to translate ideas into compelling visuals, as well as preparing production-ready files and adapting designs based on feedback.

Specialist will also support image editing, layout refinement, and maintaining a consistent visual language across all client touchpoints.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to create visually cohesive and qualified layouts. Expereince atleast for 4 to 5 years.
- Experience in Brand Identity, OOH, Web Graphics Development.
- Proficiency in Image Editing, including retouching, color correction, and optimizing visuals for different platforms.
- Advanced knowledge of industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Figma or similar).
- Portfolio demonstrating creative thinking, attention to detail, and work across both print and digital media.
- Motion graphics, Video editing & Animation is plus.
- Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced workplace.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with openness to feedback and iteration.
- Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred; equivalent practical experience is also valued.
