- Process customer requests, resolve issues, and escalate when necessary to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Maintain records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.

- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily targets and improve overall performance.

Job Requirements :

- 0-5 years of experience in BPO non-voice processes or similar industries.

- Solid communication skills for effective written interaction with customers.

- Ability to work on a computer for extended periods without discomfort.
