Key Responsibilities

- Support end-to-end recruitment, including candidate sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and interview coordination.
- Communicate with candidates and maintain strong candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate candidate and employee records and update internal HR/ATS databases.
- Assist with onboarding, documentation, induction, and new-joiner coordination.
- Support HR policies, procedures, employee benefits, and people-related communications.
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.
- Prepare basic HR reports, recruitment reports, and management updates.
- Support employer branding activities across relevant platforms.
- Work closely with senior HR and recruitment team members on talent management initiatives.




- Gradually take ownership of recruitment and HR projects as your knowledge and confidence develop.
