About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Graduate Gemologist Instructor to deliver high-quality theoretical and practical gemology training to students and professionals.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct theoretical and practical training in gemology.

Train students in diamond grading, colored stones, identification, treatments, and grading standards.

Demonstrate gemological instruments and testing techniques.

Conduct assessments, examinations, assignments, and practical evaluations.

Develop and update training content and course materials.

Mentor students and provide constructive feedback.

Maintain student attendance and performance records.

Ensure training aligns with academic and gemological standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications





Strong knowledge of diamond and colored stone identification and grading.

Excellent practical knowledge of gemological instruments and testing methods.

Strong English communication and presentation skills.

Ability to simplify technical concepts and engage learners.

Graduate Gemologist (GG) / Diploma or Degree in Gemology from a recognised institution.

Relevant experience in gemology, laboratories, or gemological education preferred.

Location-Specific Requirement

Mumbai: English communication is mandatory.

Bengaluru: English + Kannada communication is mandatory.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
