About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic, technically competent, and motivated Graduate Engineer with 2–3 years of relevant experience to join our Engineering / Project Procurement team.

The candidate will work closely with Engineering, Procurement, Project, Vendors, and Clients to ensure the timely procurement and delivery of equipment, components, and bought-out items required for industrial and EPC projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare, review, and coordinate technical specifications, engineering drawings, and project documents.
- Coordinate effectively with Engineering, Procurement, Projects, Vendors, and Clients.
- Identify, evaluate, and develop suitable suppliers based on project requirements.
- Obtain and evaluate technical and commercial quotations from suppliers.
- Prepare Technical Comparison Statements (TCS) and support commercial negotiations.
- Prepare purchase enquiries, purchase orders, and procurement-related documentation.
- Follow up with vendors regarding manufacturing, inspection, dispatch, and delivery schedules.
- Ensure timely procurement of equipment, components, and bought-out items in line with project schedules.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve technical, quality, delivery, and procurement-related issues.
- Support project execution by ensuring procurement activities are completed as per required technical specifications, quality standards, cost, and delivery timelines.
- Maintain proper procurement records and documentation.

Candidate Profile

- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering preferred.




- 2–3 years of relevant experience in Engineering, Project Procurement, EPC, or Industrial Equipment.
- Experience in Bulk Material Handling, Conveyors, Cement, Power, Steel, Mining, or Process Industries will be an added advantage.
- Good understanding of engineering drawings, technical specifications, industrial equipment, and project requirements.
- Good communication, coordination, negotiation, follow-up, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word is required; knowledge of AutoCAD is preferred.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and technical documents.
- Strong ownership, problem-solving ability, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work effectively with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
