Graduate Apprentice Trainee (NATS 2.0) | Engineering & Diploma Freshers

Location: Bangalore / South India (Hybrid Training Model)

Internship Duration: Diploma holders 6 months & Graduate Holders 1 Year

Stipend: 15,000 per month

Program: NATS 2.0 Apprenticeship Program

About the Opportunity

We are inviting applications from fresh Engineering and Diploma graduates for an exciting Apprenticeship/Internship opportunity under the NATS 2.0 Program. This program offers hands-on industry exposure, technical training, and the potential to transition into permanent roles based on performance.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must meet the following requirements:

- Passed out in 2023, 2024, 2025, or 2026
- Minimum 65% aggregate in 10th, 12th, Diploma, or B.E./B.Tech
- No active backlogs
- No academic gaps between educational qualifications
- Must possess a valid Provisional Certificate or Degree Completion Certificate
- Should not have previously undergone any apprenticeship under NATS
- Should not be currently enrolled in any NATS apprenticeship program
- Should not have worked in any organization for more than 6 months (employment history will be verified through UAN records)




- Preference for candidates from South India, with willingness to travel to Bangalore as required

Open Positions B.E./B.Tech Graduates

- Mechanical Engineering: 120 Positions
- Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE): 50 Positions

Diploma Holders

- Mechanical Engineering: 50 Positions
- Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE): 20 Positions

Training & Work Model

- 80% Virtual Training
- 20% On-site Training in Bangalore
- Hybrid learning and practical exposure on live projects
- Industry-relevant technical and professional skill development
