Job Title: Google Ads Sales & Client Acquisition Executive

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹50,000 per month

We are seeking a confident and results-driven Google Ads Sales & Client Acquisition Executive with previous experience in selling Google Ads services. The candidate will be responsible for understanding prospects' advertising needs, explaining Google Ads solutions and converting qualified business owners into clients.

What You Will Do

- Handle potential clients interested in Google Ads and PPC services.
- Understand the prospect's business, target audience and advertising goals.
- Explain Google Ads campaign benefits and advertising solutions.
- Recommend appropriate services according to client requirements.
- Qualify leads based on business needs, budget and purchase intent.
- Conduct sales calls, consultations and online meetings.
- Respond to client questions and handle objections professionally.
- Follow up with prospects through calls, WhatsApp and email.
- Build trust and develop strong relationships with prospects.
- Negotiate pricing and close deals.
- Maintain an updated sales pipeline.
- Track follow-ups, conversions and sales performance.




- Achieve monthly revenue and client-acquisition targets.
- Coordinate with campaign/operations teams after closing.
- Ensure smooth handover from sales to the execution team.

MUST HAVE

- 1+ year of professional Google Ads Sales experience — mandatory.
- Previous experience selling Google Ads/PPC services — mandatory.
- Robust understanding of Google Ads services.
- Ability to confidently explain campaign benefits.
- Ability to understand client requirements and recommend suitable services.
- Strong prospect qualification skills.
- Proven ability to convert interested prospects/business owners into paid clients.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong follow-up, persuasion and closing skills.

Additional Advantage

- Experience selling digital marketing services.
- Experience handling business owners and decision-makers.
- Knowledge of PPC, SEM, lead generation and digital advertising.
- Experience with CRM or sales management tools.
