About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Google Ads Specialist to join our growing digital marketing team.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Google Ads campaign management, lead generation, e-commerce advertising, keyword research, campaign optimization, conversion tracking, and performance analysis.

You will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns for multiple clients across different industries.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns based on client objectives.
- Manage Search, Display, Performance Max, Shopping, Video, and Remarketing campaigns.
- Conduct detailed keyword research and identify high-performing search terms.
- Create and optimize ad copies, headlines, descriptions, and extensions/assets.
- Develop effective audience targeting and remarketing strategies.
- Monitor important metrics such as CPC, CTR, CPL, CPA, conversion rate, ROAS, and ROI.
- Continuously optimize campaigns to improve performance and reduce acquisition costs.
- Perform A/B testing of keywords, ad copies, landing pages, audiences, bidding strategies, and campaigns.
- Manage advertising budgets and ensure efficient utilization of client ad spend.
- Analyze search terms and regularly optimize negative keywords.
- Set up and monitor conversion tracking and campaign goals.
- Work with the website and development team to ensure proper tracking and landing-page functionality.
- Analyze campaign data and prepare regular performance reports.
- Identify underperforming campaigns and implement data-driven optimization strategies.
- Conduct competitor and market research to identify new advertising opportunities.
- Stay updated with the latest Google Ads features, policies, bidding strategies,



and performance marketing trends.
- Manage multiple client campaigns while meeting deadlines and performance targets.

Requirements
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads / PPC advertising.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads Manager and campaign setup.
- Experience managing Search and Performance Max campaigns.
- Good understanding of keyword research, match types, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and remarketing.
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and conversion tracking.
- Experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM) is preferred.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to interpret campaign data and make performance-driven decisions.
- Good understanding of landing pages and conversion optimization.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and clients simultaneously.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Google Ads certification is a plus.
- Experience working in a digital marketing or advertising agency.
- Experience handling multiple clients across different industries.
- Experience with e-commerce and lead-generation campaigns.
- Knowledge of Google Merchant Center and Shopping Ads.
- Basic understanding of SEO and overall digital marketing is an advantage.
