We are looking for a motivated Google Ads Executive (Fresher) who wants to build a robust career in performance marketing and gain hands-on experience working on real client campaigns.

Role Overview

As a Google Ads Executive, you will assist our performance marketing team in creating, managing, monitoring, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns for multiple clients.

This is a full-time remote position ideal for someone who understands the fundamentals of Google Ads and digital marketing and wants practical exposure to campaign strategy, optimization, tracking, reporting, and client accounts.

You will work closely with senior performance marketers and gradually take ownership of campaigns as your skills develop.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in setting up and managing Google Ads campaigns.
- Work on Search, Performance Max, Shopping, Display, and YouTube campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Create keyword lists and negative keyword lists.
- Write and optimize ad headlines, descriptions, and assets.
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, CPC, CTR, conversions, CPA, and ROAS.
- Assist with campaign optimization and bid strategy implementation.
- Review search terms and identify optimization opportunities.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Assist with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
- Support Google Merchant Center and Shopping campaigns where required.




- Coordinate remotely with internal team members for creatives, landing pages, and campaign requirements.
- Stay updated with Google Ads policies, features, and industry developments.

Requirements
- Basic understanding of Google Ads and PPC advertising.
- Understanding of metrics such as CPC, CTR, CPA, conversions, conversion rate, and ROAS.
- Basic knowledge of Google Ads campaign structures.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Comfortable working with Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Self-disciplined and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Reliable laptop/computer and stable internet connection.
- Availability during standard working hours for team communication and meetings.
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced agency environment.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, Communications, or a related field.
- Google Ads certification is a plus but not mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, or Merchant Center is an advantage.
- Candidates who have completed a digital marketing course or internship are encouraged to apply.
