Job Responsibilities

- Handle customers and understand their jewellery requirements.
- Promote and sell gold jewellery and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Explain product designs, purity, pricing, making charges, and offers to customers.
- Assist customers in selecting suitable jewellery based on their preferences and budget.
- Handle VIP and high-value customers professionally.
- Generate leads and follow up with prospective and existing customers.
- Drive repeat business and build strong customer relationships.
- Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on recent collections and schemes.
- Ensure excellent customer service and a premium showroom experience.

Requirements
- 2–6 years of experience in gold/jewellery sales; experience with a reputed jewellery showroom preferred.
- Strong sales and customer-handling skills.
- Good communication and convincing abilities.
- Target-oriented, confident, and well-presented.
- Knowledge of gold jewellery, purity, pricing, and retail sales processes will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
