We are looking for a Gold Loan Officer to handle gold loan operations, customer acquisition, loan processing, and customer relationship management. The candidate will be responsible for evaluating gold ornaments as per company guidelines, processing loan applications, ensuring proper documentation, and achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads and acquire current customers for Gold Loan products.

- Explain gold loan products, interest rates, repayment options, and other terms to customers.

- Handle the complete gold loan application and disbursement process.

- Verify customer KYC and ensure all required documentation is completed accurately.

- Assess and value gold ornaments according to company policies and procedures.

- Ensure proper handling, tagging, documentation, and safe custody of pledged gold.

- Follow up with customers regarding loan repayments, renewals, and closures.

- Monitor overdue accounts and assist in collection activities.

- Maintain accurate customer and loan records in the system.

- Achieve assigned sales, disbursement, and customer acquisition targets.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.





- Coordinate with branch staff and internal departments for smooth loan processing.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, KYC requirements, and applicable regulatory guidelines.

- Maintain confidentiality and security of customer and gold-related information.

- Prepare daily/weekly reports related to leads, disbursements, collections, and outstanding loans.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer applications.

- Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.

- Ability to work under targets and deadlines.

Qualification

- Graduate in any discipline preferred.

- 1–4 years of experience in Gold Loan, Banking, NBFC, Microfinance, or financial services preferred.

- Candidates with experience in Gold Loan Sales, Gold Appraisal, Branch Operations, or Customer Relationship Management will be preferred.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
