:

- 8+ years of qualified software-development experience with ownership of production-quality software

- Expertise in Golang, including concurrency, error handling, testing, profiling, and performance optimization

- Hands-on experience with microservices, distributed systems, REST/gRPC APIs, Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, and cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP

- Proficiency with Cloud PostgreSQL/Amazon Aurora PostgreSQL, including data modeling, schema design, SQL optimization, indexing, and query-performance tuning

- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, IPsec, VPNs, routing, and network troubleshooting

- Solid background in Linux/Unix environments, production deployment, monitoring, incident response, and root-cause analysis





- Experience with CI/CD, source control, automated testing, code reviews, and Agile development practices

- Practical knowledge of Prometheus, Grafana, metrics collection, monitoring, alerting, dashboard creation, and cloud-native observability best practices

- Demonstrated ability to lead technical discussions, collaborate across time zones, mentor engineers, and communicate complex concepts clearly

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field; master’s degree preferred
