Job Overview

We are looking for a GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) Specialist with 1+ year of experience to improve our clients’ visibility across AI-powered search and answer engines.

The ideal candidate should understand how search behavior is evolving across platforms such as Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and other AI search experiences and should be able to develop strategies that improve brand visibility, authority, and discoverability in AI-generated responses.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement effective Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) strategies.
- Optimize website content for AI search engines and answer engines.
- Conduct research on search intent, topics, entities, questions, and conversational queries.
- Create and optimize content that is accurate, authoritative, relevant, and AI-friendly.
- Improve brand and website visibility across AI-generated search results.
- Implement Semantic SEO, topical authority, entity optimization, and structured content strategies.
- Identify opportunities for brand mentions, citations, references, and authoritative content placement.
- Conduct competitor analysis to understand how competing brands are appearing in AI-generated responses.
- Optimize existing website content based on AI search trends and performance insights.
- Collaborate with SEO, Content, and Digital Marketing teams to develop integrated search strategies.




- Stay updated with AI search developments, platform changes, search behavior, and GEO best practices.
- Track performance and prepare regular GEO/SEO reports and recommendations.

Required Skills
- 1+ year of experience in SEO, GEO, AEO, Content Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of On-Page SEO, Semantic SEO, and Search Intent.
- Basic to good understanding of Generative AI and AI-powered search platforms.
- Experience with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar SEO tools.
- Strong content research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of entities, topical authority, structured content, and content optimization.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to conduct competitor research and identify current search opportunities.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to the rapidly evolving AI-search landscape.

Qualification
- Graduate in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Computer Science, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- SEO/GEO/AEO certifications or relevant practical experience will be an advantage.
