We're looking for an AI Artist to craft the visual identity, expression, and presence that make our AI teammates feel real. You'll combine a strong visual eye with hands on expertise in generative image and video tools, taking ideas from creative brief through rapid iteration to polished, production-ready output. You'll work across node-based AI pipelines and conventional visual production techniques to create compelling, photorealistic experiences.

nWhat You'll Do:

- Create feature quality, photorealistic character elements, expressions, and environments for our Superhuman agents
n
- Explore, develop, and rapidly iterate visual concepts using generative image and video tools based on clear creative briefs
n
- Build, refine, and maintain reusable production assets within core vendor AI generation pipelines
n
- Apply conditioning and control techniques to maintain consistency in character, composition, pose, and visual style across a growing asset library
n
- Create and refine generative motion using image-to-video, video-to-video, and other AI-driven video workflows
n
- Perform finishing passes across lighting, perspective, composition, light compositing, and paint work to maintain visual quality and realism
n
- Identify and correct visual inconsistencies, artifacts, and other details that break photorealism
n
- Partner closely with Product, Design, and Marketing teams to ensure a consistent and on-brand visual language
n
- Experiment with emerging generative AI tools, techniques, and workflows to improve creative quality and production efficiency
n
- Document and share learnings, best practices, and new approaches with the broader team
n

nWhat We're Looking For:

n

n




- Strong professional experience in film, VFX, animation, games, or a comparable visual production environment
n
- Hands-on experience using generative AI to produce refined, high-quality, photorealistic imagery
n
- Experience with, or a robust drive to develop expertise in, generative AI workflows for professional visual creation
n
- Deep understanding of generative video workflows, particularly image-to-video and video-to-video
n
- Strong visual judgment across composition, lighting, perspective, character design, and realism
n
- Ability to move effectively from creative briefs and experimentation to polished, production-ready visual assets
n
- Experience balancing generative AI workflows with conventional visual design, compositing, or finishing techniques
n
- A strong portfolio demonstrating both generative imagery and motion work
n
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across Product, Design, Marketing, and other creative stakeholders
n

- Strong interest in generative AI visualization and a fast-fail, fast-iterate creative mindset

- Professional background in non-AI design, animation, VFX, or related visual disciplines
n
- Familiarity with node-based generative AI production workflows and advanced conditioning or control techniques

- Experience evaluating and incorporating emerging AI tools into production workflows
n
- Familiarity with tools and platforms such as Tavus, Anam, LemonSlice, ElevenLabs, or Cartesia
