- Total Experience : As AP-Min 1 yrs experience ,As Associate Professor :Min. 5 years in reputed Medical College
- As Professor : Min. 8 years in reputed Medical College
- The candidates having a recognized Medical Qualification, MS Surgery and Minimum Three years teaching experience as Associate Professor in the concerned speciality in Medical College.
- Mandatory Research Publication during the tenure of Associate Professor.
- PG Guide experience.

Description/responsibilities:-
- Duties mainly includes clinical care, teaching, and research. They are responsible for managing complex surgical cases, operating on patients,



mentoring medical students and junior residents, and publishing academic research to meet regulatory and university standards.
- OPD & Ward Rounds, Surgical Duties, On Call & Emergency duties.
- Teaching residents and students during their rotation to their patient care units
- Organizing teaching/training of PG & UG students / other staff, of the department.
- UG & PG Teaching, Students Assessment, mentorship.
- Research Publications & Unit Co ordination.
- They will be responsible for the smooth and effective functioning of their respective departments/Patient care units
- They will be responsible for all the medical staff working in their respective department/units.
