Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Hotel General Manager to oversee the overall operations, administration, guest experience, revenue performance, and team management of Chef Lebanon Hotel. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and proven experience in managing hotel operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the entire hotel, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
- Manage and coordinate Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Kitchen, Accounts, Engineering, Security, and other departments.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve guest satisfaction, service quality, and profitability.
- Monitor hotel occupancy, room revenue, ADR, RevPAR, F&B; revenue, and overall financial performance.
- Prepare and monitor annual budgets, operational expenses, and departmental targets.
- Ensure high standards of guest service, hospitality, cleanliness, safety, and quality.
- Handle guest feedback, complaints, and escalations professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Lead, motivate, train, and evaluate hotel employees to build a high-performing team.




- Monitor staffing requirements, employee productivity, attendance, discipline, and performance.
- Coordinate with HR for recruitment, onboarding, training, employee engagement, and manpower planning.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, corporate clients, travel partners, and other business stakeholders.
- 8–15 years of relevant experience in hotel/hospitality operations, including experience in a managerial or senior leadership role.
- Previous experience as Hotel General Manager, Operations Manager, Resident Manager, Hotel Manager, or equivalent is preferred.
- Solid knowledge of hotel operations, F&B;, front office, housekeeping, finance, HR, and revenue management.

Required Skills:
- 10–15 years of relevant experience in hotel/hospitality operations, including experience in a managerial or senior leadership role.
- Previous experience as Hotel General Manager, Operations Manager, Resident Manager, Hotel Manager, or equivalent is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of hotel operations, F&B;, front office, housekeeping, finance, HR, and revenue management.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
