Process: International Voice Process Customer Service (CSR)

Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate

Experience:

- Minimum 15 years in International Customer Service Operations.
- Minimum 3 years of managerial experience on paper.
- Current/previous designation must be Senior Manager / Associate Director / Director / General Director or equivalent.

Must Have:

- Mandatory International Voice Process / International Customer Service experience.
- Solid team management and leadership skills.
- Experience managing large teams and customer service operations.
- Strong knowledge of KPIs, workforce planning, and process improvement.

Shift: Australian Shift Working Days: 5 Days | Rotational Week-off

Mode of Work: Work From Office
