We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented General Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and overall growth of our German Language Institute.

The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, team management, business development, and operational skills, with the ability to drive student admissions, improve institute performance, and build robust partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the overall operations and administration of the institute.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase student admissions and revenue.
- Lead and manage academic, counselling, marketing, and support teams.
- Monitor daily operations, staff performance, student experience, and service quality.
- Set and achieve monthly and annual admission and revenue targets.
- Develop partnerships with educational institutions, recruiters, and other organizations.
- Oversee German language course operations from A1 to B2.
- Coordinate with trainers and academic teams to maintain training quality.
- Monitor student enrolment, retention, feedback, and placement-related activities.




- Identify new business opportunities and expansion possibilities.
- Prepare performance reports and present key business updates to management.
- Ensure smooth coordination between all departments.

Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in general management, education management, institute management, or business operations.
- Strong leadership and team-management skills.
- Proven experience in sales, admissions, or business development.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work with targets and manage multiple departments.
- Experience in the education or language-training industry will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of the German language education / overseas education sector is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹22,506.52 - ₹65,000.00 per month
