About the Role

We are looking for a creative and technically skilled Gen AI Artist to create high-quality AI-generated visuals, videos, concepts, and creative assets for real estate marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a robust understanding of generative AI tools and the ability to turn creative briefs into visually engaging content.

Key Responsibilities

- Create AI-generated images, videos, animations, and creative assets for real estate projects and digital campaigns.
- Develop AI-based concepts, storyboards, visual styles, and creative treatments.
- Use generative AI tools for image generation, video generation, image-to-video, text-to-image, and visual enhancement.
- Experiment with different AI tools, workflows, prompts, and techniques to achieve high-quality outputs.
- Create realistic architectural visuals, lifestyle scenes, characters, environments, and marketing creatives.
- Enhance and modify existing images/videos using AI-based tools.
- Maintain consistency in characters, environments, branding,



and visual style across multiple assets.
- Collaborate with Creative, 3D, VFX, Video, and Digital Marketing teams to develop campaign content.
- Explore new AI tools and technologies to improve creative quality and production efficiency.
- Ensure final outputs meet quality, brand, and project requirements.

Required Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in Generative AI, AI Art, AI Video, or a related creative field.
- Strong knowledge of AI image and video generation tools.
- Good understanding of prompt engineering, visual composition, lighting, camera angles, and storytelling.
- Experience with tools such as Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Runway, Kling, Veo, ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, or similar platforms.
- Basic knowledge of Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro, or other creative software is preferred.
- Strong creative thinking and attention to detail.
