Role Description This is a full-time, on-site General Manager role based in Chennai, overseeing operations related to Canada, Australia, and Germany immigration and visa consulting services.

The General

Manager will be responsible for leading and managing branch operations, including daily workflow, staff supervision, and performance management, to ensure efficient and compliant service delivery. The role involves developing and implementing business strategies, monitoring key performance indicators, and driving revenue growth while maintaining high service standards.

The General

Manager will coordinate with immigration consultants and support teams to ensure accurate client assessments, timely documentation, and adherence to country-specific regulations. Additional responsibilities include cultivating client relationships,



resolving escalated issues, ensuring regulatory compliance, coordinating with corporate leadership in Delhi, and identifying opportunities for process improvement and market expansion.

Qualifications

- Solid leadership and people management skills, with experience supervising cross-functional teams and managing branch or regional operations.
- Proficiency in business planning, performance monitoring, and operational process improvement, ideally within professional services or consulting environments.
- Knowledge of international immigration or visa processes, preferably for Canada, Australia, and Germany, with an ability to interpret and apply regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client service skills to handle complex cases, resolve issues, and maintain long-term relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to work with data and metrics, using CRM or case management systems to monitor workflows and outcomes.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, law, or a related field; advanced qualifications or certifications in immigration or international affairs are an advantage.
- Proven experience in a general management, operations management, or senior supervisory role, preferably in immigration consulting, legal services, or similar domains.
- High level of integrity, ethical decision-making, and cultural sensitivity when working with diverse clients and international regulations.
