Role Description The Product Merchandiser role at Naukripay Group is a full time, on-site position based in Jaipur. This role involves managing product listings and assortments across sales channels, ensuring accurate, compelling presentation of products, and maintaining up-to-date information on pricing, inventory, and promotions.

The Product

Merchandiser collaborates with sales, marketing, and e-commerce teams to optimize product visibility, support campaigns, and analyze performance data to inform merchandising decisions. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring market trends and customer behavior, preparing product reports,



coordinating with suppliers or internal stakeholders on product availability, and implementing merchandising strategies to drive sales and improve the customer experience.
