Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage a monthly pipeline of 15-20 CSR prospects
- Drive submission of 10–12 proposals/concept notes per month
- Ensure consistent follow-ups and stakeholder engagement
- Convert opportunities into confirmed funding partnerships
- Contribute towards achieving ₹15 Crore annual CSR funding target
- Build relationships with corporates, CSR heads, foundations, and key decision-makers
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and follow-ups with potential donors
- Represent the organization in networking and stakeholder forums
- Maintain long-term engagement for repeat funding
- Work closely with internal teams to develop high-quality proposals
- Customize proposals based on donor priorities and CSR focus areas
- Ensure timely submission and alignment with compliance requirements
- Maintain a structured tracker for leads, proposals, and conversions
- Provide weekly and monthly updates on pipeline status and progress
- Identify bottlenecks and proactively drive closures
Monthly
- 15-20 new leads identified
- 10-12 proposals submitted
- 10-20 follow-ups conducted
- 3–5 active donor discussions
- 1–2 closures
Quarterly
- ₹80L - 1.5 Crore pipeline conversion progress
Annual
- Contribution towards ₹15 Crore CSR funding target
Qualification
- 3–6 years of experience in:
- CSR fundraising / NGO partnerships / donor management
- OR B2B sales / business development (preferred)
- Robust communication and relationship-building skills
- Proven ability to manage pipelines and close opportunities
- Understanding of CSR ecosystem and proposal processes is preferred
Skills Required:
- Stakeholder management and negotiation
- Proposal writing and presentation skills
- Strong follow-up and execution discipline
- Ability to work with targets and timelines
