Role Purpose

- Lead testing initiatives across Digital Banking, Mobile Banking, Internet Banking, Digital Onboarding, Payments, Wealth and Customer Engagement platforms

Requirements

Mandatory Skills

- Banking experience

- Digital Banking testing experience

- Robust knowledge of Mobile Banking, Internet Banking, Payments, Wealth and Customer Journeys

- Experience in SIT, UAT, E2E and Regression Testing

- Stakeholder and vendor management experience

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of Equity Trading and Wealth Management

- API and Microservices testing exposure

- Automation tools such as Playwright, Tosca, Selenium or Appium

Key Responsibilities

- Define testing strategy and coverage

- Review requirements and customer journeys

- Support SIT/UAT/E2E testing

- Drive defect triage and quality governance

- Support go-live and production validation

Project Overview

- Support strategic Digital Banking transformation initiatives across regional programs
