We are looking for a Functional Consultant who can understand client business requirements and translate them into effective ERP/CRM solutions. The role involves client interaction, requirement gathering, process mapping, solution configuration, testing, and implementation support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand and document client requirements and business processes.
- Analyze requirements and suggest suitable ERP/CRM solutions.
- Configure and customize systems based on business needs.
- Prepare functional documents, workflows, and process mappings.
- Coordinate with developers and implementation teams.
- Conduct testing, UAT, and provide implementation support.
- Train clients/users and assist with system adoption.
- Handle client queries,
troubleshooting, and follow-ups.
- Support projects from requirement gathering through go-live.
Required Skills:
- 1–3 years of experience in functional consulting, ERP/CRM implementation, or a related role.
- Valuable understanding of business processes and ERP/CRM systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and client-handling skills.
- Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into practical solutions.
- Experience with ERPNext, Zoho, or similar platforms is a plus.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
