We in the implementation process of SAP Grow across units (with customization via SAP Business Technology Platform BTP). The implementation covers FI, CO, Treasury, SD, MM (Procurement), PS, PM, PP, QM and TM modules.

About the Role

We are looking for experienced SAP Functional Experts (10-15 years) who can play a critical role in understanding business, successful design, configuration, testing and rollout of SAP Grow. Candidates with deep domain knowledge in project-based, engineer-to-order / EPC manufacturing environments will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead / support end-to-end functional implementation of assigned SAP modules (FI/CO/Treasury / SD / MM / PS / PM / PP / QM / TM).
- You should be expert in at least 1-2 SAP Modules
- Map existing business processes (currently running on Microsoft Business Central, Pipe Tracking System, custom CRM and HRMIS)



to SAP best practices and recommend process improvements.
- Gather requirements from Plant, Technical, Finance, Shipping & Logistics, Steel Procurement, Consumables, Legal and other stakeholders.
- Work closely with the SAP implementation partner and internal IT/business teams to ensure on-time go-live.
- Provide post-go-live support, knowledge transfer and continuous improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 10-15 years of total experience with strong hands-on SAP functional expertise in one or more of the modules being implemented (FI, CO, Treasury, SD, MM, PS, PM, PP, QM, TM).
- Proven experience in end-to-end SAP implementations, preferably in manufacturing / heavy engineering / project-based or EPC environments.
- Good understanding of manufacturing processes involving steel, welding consumables, coating materials, plant maintenance, quality management, project systems and transportation management.
- Experience in migrating from legacy/ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics / Business Central preferred) will be an advantage.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced, multi-location (India + Saudi) environment with aggressive growth targets.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and documentation skills.
