About the Role:

We are looking for a Full-Stack Web Developer to join our development team. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, maintaining, and enhancing web applications across both frontend and backend. The role involves working with modern web technologies, REST APIs, databases, and ongoing internal projects and platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain web applications across both frontend and backend.
- Build and consume REST APIs and integrate them with existing backend services and databases.
- Develop responsive and user-friendly web interfaces.
- Collaborate with the development team on ongoing projects, including workflow automation platforms and internal tools.
- Write clean, maintainable, scalable, and well-documented code.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across the application stack in a timely manner.
- Work with relational databases and ensure efficient data handling.
- Participate in code reviews and follow good development practices.




- Manage development tasks independently and deliver them within agreed timelines.

Required Skills:

- 2+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Strong proficiency in Python, with Django preferred, or equivalent backend framework experience.
- Solid experience with a modern JavaScript frontend framework such as React, Vue, or Angular.
- Good understanding of PostgreSQL/MySQL and relational database concepts.
- Experience with REST API development and integration.
- Familiarity with Git and collaborative version-control workflows.
- Good understanding of frontend and backend web development.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision.
- Good problem-solving and debugging skills.

Valuable to Have:

- Experience with Docker and containerized applications.
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and basic DevOps practices.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and application deployment.
- Experience with automated testing and deployment workflows.

Preferred Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in full-stack web development, with good knowledge of Python/Django, React, REST APIs, PostgreSQL/MySQL, and Git. Candidates with practical exposure to Docker, CI/CD, DevOps, and cloud deployment will have an added advantage.
