About the Role

We are seeking a Full Stack Engineer to design, build, and maintain production-grade web applications in an enterprise environment using React, Next.js, Node.js, and NestJS. The role requires hands-on experience delivering software within an engineering team, effective use of AI coding tools, and the ability to integrate AI and LLM capabilities into customer-facing application features.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain responsive, production-grade web applications using React and Next.js.
- Build and maintain scalable RESTful APIs and microservices using Node.js and NestJS.
- Write clean, well-tested, maintainable TypeScript/JavaScript code aligned with team standards.
- Use AI coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude, Cursor) to improve delivery speed without compromising code quality.
- Integrate LLM APIs into application features such as chat interfaces, summarization, content generation, or intelligent search.
- Implement lightweight agentic or automated workflows, including tool calling and task chaining, when they deliver measurable product value.
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers throughout an agile delivery process to define requirements, resolve trade-offs, and ship features.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to team engineering standards.
- Write unit and integration tests and contribute to CI/CD pipelines and release processes.
- Maintain technical documentation and support knowledge sharing across the team.

Required Experience & Skills
- Hands-on experience building and shipping web applications in an enterprise engineering environment.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, including ES6+ syntax, async/await, and type safety.
- React: component architecture, state management (Context API, Redux, or Zustand), and hooks.
- Next.js: SSR, SSG, API routes, and the App Router.
- Node.js: server-side development, HTTP handling, and package management.
- NestJS: modules,



controllers, services, and dependency injection.
- Demonstrated experience using AI coding tools in a team development workflow, along with working knowledge of integrating LLM APIs, such as OpenAI or Anthropic, into application features.
- Proficiency with Git-based workflows in a team setting.
- Strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and problem-solving.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with relational and NoSQL data stores, including PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis.
- Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Understanding authentication and authorization patterns (JWT, OAuth2, SSO).
- Exposure to GraphQL, WebSockets, or real-time systems.
- Basic exposure to agentic frameworks (e.g., LangChain) or function/tool-calling patterns.
- Familiarity with prompt engineering and evaluating AI output quality.
- Basic understanding of embeddings and vector search for AI-powered features.
- Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress.
- Personal projects, open-source contributions, and public portfolios are valued as supporting evidence of technical capability but do not replace hands-on delivery experience.
