About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience building modern, scalable web applications using Node.js, React.js, SQL/NoSQL databases, HTML, and CSS.

You will be responsible for developing new features, maintaining existing applications, integrating APIs, optimizing application performance, and working closely with designers, developers, and product teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop responsive and scalable web applications using React.js and Node.js.
- Build reusable and maintainable frontend components.
- Develop RESTful APIs and backend services using Node.js/Express.js.
- Design, develop, and optimize SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Write efficient database queries and improve database performance.
- Integrate third-party APIs and external services.
- Implement authentication, authorization, and role-based access control.
- Develop responsive user interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frontend technologies.
- Identify and resolve application bugs and performance issues.
- Optimize applications for scalability, security, and performance.
- Work with Git and follow proper source-control practices.
- Participate in code reviews and maintain coding standards.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and product managers.
- Write technical documentation when required.
- Monitor and troubleshoot production issues.

Required Skills





- Strong knowledge of JavaScript / ES6+.
- Hands-on experience with React.js.
- Hands-on experience with Node.js and Express.js.
- Good understanding of HTML5 and CSS3.
- Experience with SQL databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
- Knowledge of NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, Redis, or similar.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs and API integration.
- Experience with Git/GitHub/GitLab.
- Understanding of responsive web design.
- Good knowledge of asynchronous programming and API-based architectures.
- Understanding of application security and authentication concepts.

Good to Have

- TypeScript experience.
- Next.js experience.
- Redux or other state-management libraries.
- Docker and CI/CD knowledge.
- AWS or other cloud-platform experience.
- Elasticsearch experience.
- Redis/caching experience.
- Experience with microservices architecture.
- Automated testing experience.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Equivalent practical development experience will also be considered.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
