Role Description

Position: Full Stack Engineer & Mentor (Full-Time, On-Site | Chennai)

We are seeking a Full Stack Engineer who is passionate about both building scalable software and developing the next generation of tech talent. In this dual role, you will design and maintain robust web applications while actively training our candidates, transforming them into market-ready software engineers equipped for today's industry demands.

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications

- Technical Execution: Design, develop, and optimize responsive front-end interfaces (CSS/modern frameworks) and secure,



scalable back-end APIs and databases (SQL/NoSQL).
- Candidate Transformation: Mentor and train learners, guiding them through real-world projects and agile development practices to ensure they meet current market standards for software engineers.
- End-to-End Development: Manage the full application lifecycle, from requirement gathering and clean coding to CI/CD deployment and troubleshooting.
- Collaboration & Quality: Work within cross-functional teams, conduct code reviews, and utilize version control (Git) to maintain high-quality development practices.
- Requirements: Proven full-stack experience, excellent communication skills for effective teaching, robust problem-solving abilities, and an understanding of cloud platforms. A bachelor’s degree in CS, IT, or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
