Job Summary

We are looking for a hands-on Full Stack Technical Lead with expertise in Ionic, Angular, Capacitor, Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL. The candidate will lead a development team, drive architecture and delivery of mobile/web applications, conduct code reviews, mentor engineers, and promote AI-assisted development using tools like Claude and Cursor.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and mentor a team of full-stack developers.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable mobile and web applications.
- Work across the full application stack, including frontend, backend, and databases.
- Review requirements, technical designs, and code quality.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce engineering best practices.
- Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, and stakeholders.




- Drive Agile delivery, estimations, and sprint planning.
- Leverage AI tools (Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot) to improve development productivity.
