About the Role

We are looking for a talented Full Stack Developer to join our engineering team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining scalable web applications and APIs across both frontend and backend.

The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving skills, a good understanding of software development practices, and the ability to work independently as well as with a team.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop responsive and high-performance web applications.
- Build reusable and scalable frontend components.
- Design and develop secure RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Work with databases, data models, queries, and integrations.
- Integrate third-party APIs and external services.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Debug, test, and optimize applications for performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, developers, QA engineers, and product teams.
- Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices.
- Deploy and maintain applications in development, staging, and production environments.
- Identify technical issues and implement effective solutions.
- Stay updated with modern technologies and contribute to improving the technology stack.

Required Skills

Frontend

- HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript
- React.js / Next.js or equivalent frontend framework
- Responsive design and modern UI development
- State management and API integration

Backend

- Node.js / Express.js, Python, Java, or equivalent




- REST API development
- Authentication and authorization
- Backend architecture and server-side development

Database

- Strong knowledge of SQL databases such as PostgreSQL/MySQL
- Working knowledge of MongoDB or other NoSQL databases
- Database design, queries, indexing, and optimization

Tools & Practices

- Git and GitHub/GitLab
- API testing and documentation
- Debugging and troubleshooting
- Basic knowledge of Docker and cloud deployment
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies

Good to Have
- Next.js, NestJS, or similar modern frameworks
- AWS / Azure / Google Cloud
- Docker and CI/CD
- Redis and message queues
- Microservices architecture
- Automated testing
- WebSocket / real-time application development
- AI/ML API integration

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong logical and analytical problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Strong attention to code quality and application performance.
