Job Summary

Rahane AiTech Pvt Ltd are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in building scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications and be comfortable working across both frontend and backend technologies.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, responsive, and high-performance web applications.
- Develop clean, reusable, maintainable frontend and backend code.
- Build and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
- Design and optimize databases, queries, and application performance.
- Convert Figma/UI designs into responsive, pixel-perfect interfaces.
- Collaborate with UI/UX, QA, DevOps, and development teams.
- Participate in technical discussions, architecture planning, sprint planning, and code reviews.
- Write unit/integration tests and troubleshoot application and production issues.
- Implement authentication, authorization, secure coding practices, and data protection.
- Contribute to deployments, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and application maintenance.

Required Technical Skills

- 3–5 years of professional Full Stack Development experience.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- ands-on experience with React.js, Hooks, Context API, and Redux/Zustand.
- Strong backend experience with Node.js (NestJS/Express.js).|




- Valuable understanding of REST APIs, API security, JWT/OAuth2, authentication, and authorization.|
- Experience with PostgreSQL and MongoDB, including database design, indexing, transactions, and query optimization.
- Working knowledge of Redis, asynchronous programming, background jobs, and RabbitMQ/Kafka.
- Understanding of Microservices, distributed systems, and scalable application architecture.
- Experience with Docker, Git/GitHub/GitLab, branching strategies, pull requests, and code reviews.
- Basic knowledge of AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, CloudWatch) or equivalent cloud platforms.
- Familiarity with CI/CD, unit/integration testing (Jest or similar), OOP, SOLID principles, Design Patterns, and Clean Architecture.
- Understanding of OWASP Top 10 and secure coding practices.
- Good debugging, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Skills

- WebSockets and real-time applications.
- Elasticsearch/OpenSearch.
- Grafana, Prometheus, or ELK Stack.
- Basic knowledge of Kubernetes and Terraform.
- Experience with high-traffic and scalable applications.

Qualification Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
