Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Mechanical Engineer Fresher to join our engineering team. The candidate will support design, production, quality, maintenance, and other engineering activities while gaining practical experience in mechanical engineering and manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist senior engineers in day-to-day engineering and manufacturing activities.
- Read and understand mechanical drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
- Assist with CAD drawings, component design, and engineering documentation.
- Support production and manufacturing teams in resolving technical issues.
- Monitor and understand machining, fabrication, assembly, and inspection processes.
- Assist in preparing BOMs, reports, work instructions, and other technical documents.
- Coordinate with production, quality, purchase, and maintenance departments.
- Perform basic measurements and inspections using instruments such as vernier calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Follow company standards, safety procedures, and quality requirements.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and assist in implementing corrective actions.




- Learn and apply engineering concepts to practical shop-floor problems.

Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of Mechanical Engineering fundamentals.
- Understanding of manufacturing and machining processes.
- Ability to read mechanical/engineering drawings.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD / SolidWorks / Creo is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Good analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in a manufacturing/shop-floor environment.
- Positive attitude and ability to work under guidance.

Preferred Knowledge
- Engineering Drawing & GD&T;
- CNC machining
- Production processes
- Quality inspection
- Basic knowledge of materials and metallurgy
- 5S, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing
- Basic understanding of ISO/QMS procedures
