Redpath Diagnostics is looking for a motivated and responsible Fresher Lab Technician for a 6-month training program.

Salary: ₹14,000 per month

Eligibility & Requirements:

- DMLT / B.Sc. MLT qualification required.
- Candidate must have completed at least 6 months to 1 year of internship.
- Basic laboratory concepts and procedures should be clear.
- Good knowledge of routine laboratory tests along with their parameters, reference ranges and basic clinical significance.
- Basic knowledge of Biochemistry, Hematology, Clinical Pathology, Microbiology and Immunology.
- Should have basic understanding of sample collection, sample handling, processing and storage.
- Knowledge of proper sample identification, barcoding and maintaining sample quality.
- Should be aware of common pre-analytical errors and precautions.
- Candidate should have good test-related knowledge and ability to understand test requirements.
- Should be able to follow SOPs, laboratory protocols and quality procedures.




- Valuable observation skills with a focus on minimizing errors.
- Should be confident, responsible and accountable for assigned work.
- Willingness to learn and work across different laboratory departments.
- Good communication skills and a professional attitude are required.

Training Period:

The selected candidate will undergo a structured 6-month training program with practical exposure to laboratory operations and different departments.
