Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle customer/client communication in French and Spanish through verbal and written channels.
- Read, write, and communicate fluently in French and Spanish.
- Translate and interpret business-related information accurately when required.
- Respond to queries and provide appropriate support in the respective languages.
- Understand and process documents, emails, and other content in French and Spanish.
- Maintain accuracy and quality while handling language-specific tasks.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders in French and Spanish.
- Ensure timely resolution of queries and provide a positive customer experience.
- Follow process guidelines and maintain confidentiality of customer/business information.
- B2-level certification in French and Spanish is preferred/required.
