Position: Playwright Mentor / Industry Expert – Software Testing & Automation

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Playwright Automation Testing Industry Expert to mentor and guide learners in Software Testing, QA, and Test Automation using Playwright.

The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on industry experience in Playwright and Software Testing/Automation Testing, along with excellent communication and mentoring skills. The candidate must be proficient in Telugu and should be comfortable explaining technical concepts in Telugu and English.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct live mentoring and doubt-clearing sessions on Playwright and Automation Testing.
- Teach and demonstrate end-to-end web application automation using Playwright.
- Guide learners in writing, executing, debugging, and maintaining automated test scripts.
- Explain Software Testing, QA, and Test Automation concepts using practical, industry-oriented examples.
- Conduct live coding sessions and hands-on demonstrations.
- Guide learners on automation framework design and best practices.
- Review learner assignments, projects, and automation scripts and provide constructive feedback.
- Help learners understand real-world testing scenarios and industry practices.
- Mentor learners on technical interview preparation and job-readiness.
- Stay updated with the latest developments and best practices in Playwright and test automation.
- Conduct mock interviews and resume evaluation




- Contribution in social media activities like video and content creations. Should be comfortable in sharing his face

Required Technical Skills & Experience:

- Mandatory hands-on experience with Playwright.
- Mandatory professional experience in Software Testing / QA / Automation Testing.
- Proficiency in JavaScript
- Strong understanding of:

Manual Testing fundamentals

Automation Testing

Functional & Regression Testing

Smoke & Sanity Testing

API Testing

Test Case Design

Defect Life Cycle

SDLC & STLC

- Experience with Git/GitHub.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience in developing and maintaining automation frameworks.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

Language Requirement – Mandatory

- Must be proficient in Telugu.
- Should be able to communicate and explain technical concepts clearly in Telugu.
- Should also have valuable working proficiency in English, particularly for technical terminology, documentation, and industry communication.
- Ability to effectively interact with Telugu-speaking learners is essential.

Preferred Experience

- 3+ years of professional experience in Software Testing/QA Automation.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Playwright preferred.
- Experience as an SDET, QA Automation Engineer, Senior QA Engineer, Automation Lead, or QA Lead.
- Experience with Selenium, Cypress, or other automation tools is an added advantage.
- Experience with API testing/automation is a plus.
- Prior experience in training, mentoring, or coaching is preferred.
