Role Description This Freelance/Contractual Oracle EBS Functional Consultant | HRSM role is a part-time, remote position. The consultant will work with clients to analyze and optimize business processes within Oracle E-Business Suite, particularly in HR and related modules.

Day-to-day tasks include gathering and documenting requirements, configuring Oracle EBS functionalities, supporting procure-to-pay and order management processes, and providing functional guidance to technical teams. The role also involves performing functional testing, troubleshooting system issues, preparing user documentation, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure solutions align with business objectives.



The consultant will typically engage on specific projects, delivering expert input, recommendations, and support throughout the implementation or enhancement lifecycle.

Qualifications

- Strong functional expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite, with hands-on experience in Oracle HR and HRSM modules.
- Ability to analyze and optimize Business Process workflows, with solid Analytical Skills to translate business needs into system configurations.
- Practical experience working with Procure-to-Pay processes within Oracle EBS, including configuration, testing, and user support.
- Knowledge of Order Management functionality and integration points with other Oracle EBS modules.
- 8+ years of relevant Oracle EBS functional consulting experience, preferably in HR and related business functions.
- Proven experience in requirements gathering, solution design, functional documentation, and user training.
- Comfort working independently in a remote, part-time, contractual capacity, managing priorities across multiple client engagements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Solid communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
