Job Summary

Ferras Technologies LLP is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Franchise Manager to join our team in Perinthalmanna, Malappuram.

This opportunity is suitable for candidates who are interested in Sales, Business Development, Franchise Management, and entrepreneurship. Previous work experience is not mandatory. Candidates with valuable communication, sales, and business development skills will have an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and support franchise-related operations and activities.
- Identify and develop potential business and franchise opportunities.
- Communicate with prospective franchise partners and clients.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships.
- Support sales and business development activities.
- Follow up with leads and potential business partners.
- Assist in achieving assigned business and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth franchise operations.




- Maintain regular reports and updates related to business activities.
- Represent the company professionally and follow organizational policies.

Eligibility & Skills
- Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary (+2).
- Previous experience is not mandatory.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Experience or skills in Sales or Business Development will be an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong willingness to learn and grow.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.

Salary & Performance Benefits

Starting Compensation: ₹12,000 + 10% / 20% Revenue Share

Working Hours: 9 hours initially
