- Production Management: Plan, organize, and control daily casting, molding, melting, and finishing processes to meet delivery schedules.

- Quality Control: Ensure all metal castings match customer drawings and strict industry standards while actively reducing scrap and rejection rates.





- Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict health, safety, and environmental regulations across the plant floor.

- Equipment Maintenance: Supervise preventive maintenance programs for induction furnaces, molding machines, and heavy shop equipment.

- Resource & Cost Control: Monitor raw material consumption, control operating budgets, and optimize manufacturing yield.

- Team Leadership: evaluate foundry supervisors and production workers.
