About the Role

We are looking for a proactive, confident, and highly driven Founder’s Office Executive who can work closely with the Founder and leadership team across PR, Influencer Marketing, Brand Partnerships, Digital Marketing, Business Development, and day-to-day strategic initiatives .

This is a dynamic, hands-on role for someone who enjoys meeting people, building relationships, travelling, presenting ideas, coordinating projects, and turning opportunities into execution .

You will work closely with the Founder and represent the organization in meetings with clients, influencers, celebrities, brands, agencies, media, and strategic partners .

Key Responsibilities

? Founder’s Office & Business Operations

- Work closely with the Founder on day-to-day strategic and operational initiatives.
- Manage and coordinate meetings, schedules, follow-ups, and important communications.
- Attend client, brand, influencer, agency, and partner meetings with the Founder.
- Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, reports, briefs, and follow-up action points.
- Assist the Founder in business development, networking, partnerships, and strategic projects.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive business information professionally.

? PR & Media Relations

- Assist in planning and executing PR and communication strategies.
- Coordinate with PR agencies, media houses, journalists, publications, and digital platforms.
- Support media outreach, press releases, interviews, brand stories, and publicity campaigns.
- Identify relevant media opportunities and maintain strong media relationships.

✨ Influencer & Celebrity Marketing

- Identify, research, and coordinate with influencers, creators, celebrities, and talent.




- Execute influencer marketing campaigns from planning to completion.
- Manage creator communication, negotiations, deliverables, timelines, and follow-ups.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with influencers and talent.
- Coordinate shoots, events, appearances, collaborations, and campaign requirements.

? Brand Partnerships & Collaborations

- Assist in identifying and developing brand collaborations and strategic partnerships.
- Coordinate with clients, brands, agencies, creators, and internal teams.
- Support campaign pitches, proposals, negotiations, and execution.
- Explore new business opportunities and contribute to business growth.

? Marketing & Presentations

- Assist with digital marketing, social media, branding, and campaign initiatives.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry research.
- Create professional presentations, proposals, reports, and campaign decks.
- Support campaign strategy, execution, tracking, and reporting.

✈️ Travel, Events & Meetings

- Travel for client meetings, influencer collaborations, events, shoots, brand activations, and business requirements.
- Coordinate and assist in the execution of events, campaigns, shoots, and meetings.
- Represent the organization professionally at external meetings and events.
- Be comfortable with a fast-paced role that may require flexibility and frequent coordination.

✔ Proactive, organized, and highly responsible

✔ Ability to work closely with senior leadership and handle multiple priorities

✔ Strong presentation and coordination skills

✔ Good negotiation, follow-up, and relationship-management abilities

✔ Willingness to travel for meetings, events, shoots, and business requirements

✔ Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace

✔ Familiarity with Canva, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms is an advantage

✔ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, PR, or a related field

✔ 0–2 years of experience — freshers with exceptional communication, confidence, and skills are welcome to apply
