About the Role

Indecimal is a managed construction marketplace. We build homes on fixed pricing, quality guarantees, and post-handover maintenance backing, in a market where cost overruns and contractor roulette are the norm.

We are scaling from Bengaluru into new markets, and growth here means real decisions: which city next, which channel works, which partnership actually moves revenue. You will sit in the Founder’s Office and work on these directly. Not as an observer, but as the person who owns the workstream from research to result.

What You Will Own

- City launch workstreams, end to end: market research, launch plan, and on-ground execution tracking for recent market entries.
- The growth reporting layer: pipeline metrics, channel performance, and weekly business reviews that leadership runs on.
- Growth experiments: run tests across acquisition channels, then kill or scale them based on data.
- Business cases: for new markets, partnerships, and revenue lines, built to a standard the founders will act on.
- Cross-functional execution: work across Sales, Marketing, and Operations to unblock what is stuck.
- Strategic projects assigned directly by the founders.

What We Are Looking For





- 1–4 years in Growth, Strategy, Business Development, Consulting, or a Founder’s Office role.
- You have shipped something with a number attached: a launch, a campaign, or a process that moved a metric you can name.
- You can go from a messy dataset to a recommendation without hand-holding. Excel/Google Sheets is mandatory; SQL is a plus.
- You write clearly. You will draft documents the founders send.
- You are comfortable with ambiguity, senior stakeholders, and owning multiple priorities at once.

Preferred

- Experience in real estate, construction, interiors, or a startup environment.
- Prior work directly with founders or senior leadership.
- MBA or equivalent qualification, preferred but not mandatory.
